Responsibilities:
SEO & Website Management
- Planning and executing all digital marketing for the company, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Tracking and analyzing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others to monitor traffic, rankings, and results.
- Executing conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies with UX design, landing page design, marketing automation and email marketing with successful results.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure the company’s marketing plan is being executed efficiently and successfully.
- Identifying opportunities to drive brand engagement and awareness.
Email Marketing
- Developing email marketing campaigns to promote products, and drive conversions.
- Writing copy and designing appealing and engaging content.
- Managing email lists and segmentation strategies to deliver targeted messaging to different audience segments.
- Monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends and best practices.
Social Media and Content Creation
- Developing strategy for content marketing campaigns, including determining subjects, proofreading copy, and writing articles.
- Developing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Designing content (both graphic and video content) to be shared across the company’s social media accounts and for other promotional purposes.
- Create, manage and schedule content across social media platforms, with focus on Instagram and Facebook.
- Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and respond to comments, reviews and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or college-level diploma in marketing or related field
- At least 3 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience with copywriting and writing blog articles.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience using the Google Ads platform (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Remarketing).
- Understanding of Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to clearly explain complex ideas verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Extensive experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Experience running Facebook Ad campaigns using the Facebook Ad Manager.
- Must be able to work individually and in a team.
Assets:
- Google Ads and Analytics Certifications.
- Facebook Ads Blueprint Certification.
- Experience with website platforms such as WordPress
- Web layout, web banners, email creative, and promotional material using Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, XD, and Sketch
- Experience optimizing website content
- Understand, review, and recommend emerging web design technologies
