Introduction and Overview:

We are looking for a Skilled Stone Fabricator to join our fabrication team. This role involves working with marble and other stone materials—cutting, shaping, finishing, and preparing them for high-end applications. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC water jet, saws, polishers, and other specialized equipment for stone fabrication.
• Cut and shape slabs to precise dimensions according to project specifications and custom designs.
• Polish and finish stone surfaces to meet professional-grade standards.
• Apply epoxy and polyurethane-based adhesives for assembly, bonding, and repairs.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy in dimensions, finish, and structural integrity.
• Maintain tools and machinery in clean and optimal working condition.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and professional work environment at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with CNC water jet, polishers, and marble/stone fabrication machinery.
• Familiarity with working marble and other natural stone materials.
• Experience operating CNC machines using ESA CAD/CAM and Pegasus software.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Knowledge of industrial adhesives and bonding techniques is an asset.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and finish.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
